Sales Manager (Recycling Industry)

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.

* Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.

* Coordinate with marketing department to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales strategies.

* Analyse sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.

* Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients.

* Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts to senior management.


Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.

* Experience in recycling, treatment and processing of recyclable waste is a MUST

* 3+ Years of experience in a similar Industries (recycling, E-Waste, specialized waste, ITAD…or Waste Management) with a proven track record of success.

* Strong sales and negotiation skills

* UAE Driving License + Own Car

* Ability to develop and implement sales strategies

* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

* Knowledge of the corporate services industry

* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
