  • Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at major Retail banks in Saudi Arabia.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Strategic Portfolio Management:
  • Manage and optimize a portfolio of large banking clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and objectives.
  • Analyze client data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing payment solutions and services.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand business opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Product and Solution Development:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor payment solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client requirements and market trends.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track and report on portfolio performance metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue growth, and service delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and presentations to senior management and clients.
  • Implement strategies to improve performance and address any challenges or gaps.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Advocate for clients' needs and ensure their feedback is integrated into company processes and offerings.


Skills

  • Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in portfolio management, account management, or a related role within the payment industry & Card Processing , with a focus on large banking clients.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, financial products, and banking operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic solutions.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
