  • Coordinate meetings

  • Act as the point of contact between other staff

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Admin Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
