The General Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of the organization in Dubai, UAE. 3. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
4. Lead and mentor senior management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
6. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
7. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all business operations.
