APEC is looking for the Sales Coordinator of the wholesale Department

• Search and attract customers (work on the incoming stream)
• Processing requests and tracking shipments of existing customers (export)
• Development of sales to assigned customers (increasing the share in the customer's purchase portfolio)
• Analysis of sales, offers and working conditions of competitors, formation of offers in order to retain customers
• Business correspondence with customers and suppliers
• Organizing and conducting meetings with clients face-to-face and online
• Interaction with related departments of the Company

Skills

• Experience as a sales/purchasing manager, preferably in the automotive industry – at least 2 years
• Excel is a confident user (VPR and pivot tables)
• Experience working in the 1C database (is a plus)
• Competent oral and written Russian
• Good working level of English
• Good negotiation skills, the ability to sell, convince, build long-term relationships ∙ Work experience in Dubai – we will be an advantage
• Experience in international trade and logistics will be an advantage
• Experience in the role of a development manager, an active sales manager will be a huge advantage
• Activity, learning ability, flexibility, ability to work in a multitasking environment.

Conditions:

• Place of work – Dubai, frizone Jebel Ali
• Fully official employment (work visa, medical insurance)
• Work schedule – Monday-Friday, 9-18 (Saturday on duty)

• Regular and timely payment of s/p
• After 1 year of work – payment for air tickets to and from your home country (1 time per year)
