You will be responsible for delivering high-quality reflexology sessions, ensuring that each client experiences the therapeutic benefits of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and personalized reflexology foot massages to clients, adhering to Sole Oasis's standards.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Deliver additional massages, including head, shoulder, back, and arm massages, as part of the 1-hour service package.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the treatment rooms.
• Educate clients on the benefits of reflexology and other massage techniques offered at Sole Oasis.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and comfort throughout their visit.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimize client flow and minimize wait times.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and expand service offerings.

Skills

• Certification or diploma in Reflexology or a related field is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, with a specialization in reflexology foot massage.
