Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative/Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the real estate sector, ideally with experience selling technology solutions to real estate developers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong network in the industry and fluency in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the real estate sector, focusing on technology solutions for developers.
  • Client Engagement: Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry, including developers, brokers, and other key players.
  • Solution Selling: Present and sell CloudSteer’s suite of cloud, AI, and automation solutions tailored for real estate, demonstrating the value and ROI of our offerings.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Networking: Leverage your existing network in the real estate industry to generate leads and expand CloudSteer’s market presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and to provide feedback on market needs.
  • Reporting: Track sales metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline status, forecasts, and performance against targets.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales within the real estate sector, ideally with a focus on technology solutions for real estate developers.
  • Strong network and connections within the Dubai real estate market.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
