Role Overview:

The Senior Associate - Budget Reporting will provide critical financial and operational insights through detailed analysis and reporting. This role will support senior management by delivering accurate and timely reports that inform strategic decision-making and drive business performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Reporting:

  • Prepare regular management reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports based on senior management’s needs.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting templates and dashboards for improved clarity and usability.


Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business strategies and initiatives.
  • Perform detailed reviews to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.
  • Track key financial metrics and KPIs, offering insights to improve performance.


Presentation Creation and delivery Skills:

  • Develop high-quality presentations that effectively communicate financial and operational insights.
  • Present findings to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Continuously improve presentation skills to make complex information easily understandable.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data for reporting.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Liaise with various departments to understand their reporting needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.


Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into the reporting process.


Experience and Qualifications:


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in management reporting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar industry or sector.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
