Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and market fluctuations in your designated area to offer informed advice to clients.


Schedule and conduct property tours, ensuring clients receive all necessary information and addressing any inquiries they may have.


Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Facilitate the legal and financial processes leading to the closure of property deals.

Skills

Qualifications and Skills


- Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or Sales Executive in a real estate setting.


- Strong knowledge of the local property market and luxury real estate sector.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.


- Ability to negotiate and close high-value deals with professionalism.


- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.


- Proficient in CRM systems and online property listing platforms.


- Valid real estate license and/or RERA certification (if applicable).


- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
