  • Having full awareness of real estate industry and current market situation.
  • Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
  • Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Negotiating prices or other sales terms.
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors.
  • Arrange viewing in coordination with listing agent and clients.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure a positive client experience and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Closing deals process.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly and annual call center goals and action plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple client inquiries and tasks effectively
  • Salary based on experience
  • At least 3 years experience
  • Commissions + Salary
