Purpose:
Candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Oracle Fusion Finance:
· Implement and manage Oracle Finance modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, IC, PRC, TAX, iExpense and Budgets
User Support and Issue Resolution:
- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support across all modules.
- Address and resolve finance module setup and configuration issues within SLA.
- Providing training to the end user and super user.
Cloud Infrastructure Management:
- Manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including tenancies, compartments, and resources.
- Administer PaaS users, groups, and databases
Technical Expertise:
- Approval workflow management with BPM knowledge.
- Data migration using FBDI and ADFDI.
- Integration using REST, SOAP APIs, and complex OIC integrations with VBCS and PCS.
- Develop and customize BIP and OTBI reports & Dashboard
- Custom the page per the business requirement.
User Engagement and Requirements Gathering:
- Regularly meet with end users to understand and define ongoing business and operational requirements.
- Identify and resolve any existing system issues to ensure smooth operations.
Business Process Analysis and Improvement:
- Review, analyze, and document business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Provide recommendations for re-engineering processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration for Data Flow Management:
- Work closely with senior management and various stakeholders to review and analyze system issues.
- Collaborate on improving data flow management, ensuring that data is accurate, accessible, and effectively used for decision-making.
Skills
Minimum Qualification:
· Finance Graduate with 10+ years of experience within a large complex multi-site organization.
Oracle Certification will be the plus point.
Minimum Experience:
· Techno Functional consultant with below detail.
· 10 years of experience as Oracle Cloud Finance Module. (Mandatory)
· 2 years in Oracle cloud HCM Module. (Will be consider as Plus point)
· Minimum handled 5 Implementation in above module and 2 Support projects.
· The person should be 70%-Technical Consultant & 30%-Functional Consultant.
· Experience with PaaS/Custom development
· Experience Integrating with other Systems (i.e. SAP Ariba, Salesforce CRM)
Job Specific knowledge and skills:
· Experience in Oracle Technologies SaaS, PaaS, IaaS with offerings like Finance, Procurements, HCM, Oracle Application.
· Good exposure on the Oracle Fusion finance module Such as AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, IC, PRC, TAX iExpense, and Budgets
· Exposure in Oracle Cloud HRMS module such as Payroll, ORC, Core HR, Goal & Performance,
· Must have exposure in Page Customization using Sandbox and Application Composer
· Good exposure on Oracle Support platform for raising SR and works till closure
· Strong Hands-on Knowledge of REST, SOAP API’s, Adapters, Schema, XSD, XML schema (must)
· Must have strong Hands-on knowledge on working Complex OIC integration with VBCS and PCS functionality
· Approval workflow with BPM knowledge (must)
· Strong Hands-on exposure in Data Migration with FBDI and ADFDI (must)
· Communication skills that can effectively relay technical concepts to all stakeholders from staff to executives
· Ability to interact with “C” level and to convey the concept and ensure buy-in from them.
· Microsoft Visio, Ms. Project Other process re-engineering tools and Office 365.
· Skilled in Process analysis, re-engineering, and process automation
