Primary responsibilities:

  • Conduct own research and leads to identify new business
  • Display negotiation skills to convert the leads into revenue generating business.
  • Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Consistent performance in new business generation
  • Complete ownership and accountability on receivables from customers
  • Meets all KPI/Activity requirements as outlined by management.
  • Update and Maintain internal CRM systems in order to track and close the leads



Skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma in digital marketing is essential. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Min 1 Year experience in B2B sales environment, preferably in marketing and digital development services
  • Proven Business Development and Prospecting Results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in selling services. Marketing and Web selling services experience is a plus.
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
  • Comfortable working virtually
  • Should be able to converse in English fluently. Additional languages known is a plus
  • UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Women in either spouse or father’s sponsorship will be given priority.
