Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct own research and leads to identify new business
- Display negotiation skills to convert the leads into revenue generating business.
- Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
- Consistent performance in new business generation
- Complete ownership and accountability on receivables from customers
- Meets all KPI/Activity requirements as outlined by management.
- Update and Maintain internal CRM systems in order to track and close the leads
Skills
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in digital marketing is essential. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Min 1 Year experience in B2B sales environment, preferably in marketing and digital development services
- Proven Business Development and Prospecting Results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in selling services. Marketing and Web selling services experience is a plus.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Comfortable working virtually
- Should be able to converse in English fluently. Additional languages known is a plus
- UAE driving license is mandatory
