Job Title: Quality Controller
Location: Al Ajban, Abu Dhabi
Experience: 5+ years of experience in quality control inspections
Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in Defence industry with regional exposure
Language: English
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, High school diploma or equivalent
Roles And Responsibilities
- Support: perform technical and administrative duties to accomplish the assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Execute: deliver key accountabilities to ensure effective and efficient implementation of projects and assignments.
- Supervise: lead and drive key projects of the department. Assign and delegate responsibilities while providing guidance and support to the team.
- Manage: translate high level strategies and goals into operating plans. Provide leadership and direction to the team while managing team’s performance.
- Advise: act as the strategic think-tank of the organization. Oversee multiple business operations and develop long term goals to achieve the vision and mission of the organization.
Core Accountabilities
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and practices
- Knowledge of testing tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, drawings and diagrams.
- Knowledge of quality regulations and standards
