Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the banking sector.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the bank’s hiring requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver quality talent.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the banking industry.
  •  Keep recruiting reports from pre-screening to onboarding stages ready for timely evaluation and analysis.
  • Plans and fulfills recruitment timelines
  • Ensure the timely and cost effective fulfillment of all open requisitions with quality talent, and proactively lead updates on all open positions.
  • Implement a successful end-to-end recruitment cycle covering all crucial aspects of the profile requirements and company culture.
  • Upload clear and concise work requirements on various offline and online platforms.
  • Take charge of sourcing talented professionals by posting job profiles on well-known job portals.
