Junior Architecture Draftsman

Role Description: We are looking for a Junior Architecture Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the UAE and a passion for creating innovative architectural designs. You will collaborate with architects and engineers to produce detailed drawings and support various projects in the hospitality, residential, and entertainment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project plans and specifications.
• Assist in preparing presentations and visual materials for project proposals.
• Revise designs based on feedback from senior team members.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and project documents.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of UAE experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Dubai.

• Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

• Effective collaboration skills, working closely with architects and other team members to incorporate design changes, revisions, and updates into the drafting process while meeting project deadlines.
• Proficient in utilizing industry-standard drafting tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to generate meticulous and detailed architectural drawings.
• Demonstrated skill in translating architectural ideas into precise technical drawings for thorough construction documentation.
• Strong familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction standards, ensuring compliance and precision in architectural drawings.
