- Prepare and present dishes at the highest quality in line with the dining standards.
- Work with a team, guiding junior members and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation.
- Contribute to menu ideas and uphold our unique culinary style in collaboration with the Head Chef.
- Maintain precision in food preparation and uphold our presentation standards.
- Follow strict food safety guidelines, keeping the kitchen organized and clean.
Qualifications:
- Open to any nationalities
- 38 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in the similar role from French cuisine and high-end fine dining restaurants
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
