Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, assess trends, and analyze competitors.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to promote services and convert leads into clients.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Develop and present tailored proposals to clients, and close deals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions that meet their objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close deals to meet sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.
Skills
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, specifically in advertising or marketing agencies, is required.
· A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
· Highly motivated and goal oriented.
