We’re looking for a proactive and innovative Product Manager Intern to join our team and contribute to scaling a cutting-edge product that’s redefining customer communication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support Product Roadmap Execution: Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap by gathering insights from customer conversations, feedback, and market research.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with teams in engineering, data science, and marketing to align product development with company goals and customer needs.
* Analyze Customer Feedback: Leverage Fixit’s conversational intelligence data to identify key pain points and opportunities for improving our platform.
* Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Fixit’s product stays ahead of the curve in conversational intelligence.
* Feature Development: Contribute to ideating and developing new features, focusing on expanding our multilingual capabilities and enhancing the real-time virtual trainer’s effectiveness.
* Testing & Iteration: Participate in user testing and ensure the quality of new features, tracking performance and engagement post-launch.
* Document and Report: Maintain detailed product documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration across teams.
**Qualifications**:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Strong interest in AI, SaaS, and product management.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) is a plus.
