Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on switchgear products, including specifications, applications, and installation to customers and sales team members.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations for customers, ensuring compliance with their requirements.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients to showcase features and benefits of our switchgear solutions.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to customers on product usage and maintenance.

Skills

Experience with electrical design software.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to switchgear.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
