Description
The Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations in the Dubai clinic, including recruiting and training staff, setting KPIs, and developing policies and procedures. This role requires a hands-on approach, as the Nurse Manager will also provide home care visits and deliver direct patient care.
Leadership & Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise nursing staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for nursing staff to measure effectiveness and quality of care.Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures in line with best practices.
Clinical Care:
Conduct home care visits and deliver direct nursing care to patients, ensuring high standards of service.Oversee patient assessments, care plans, and follow-up protocols, ensuring continuity of care.Promote patient education and engagement in preventive health measures.
Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with clinic leadership to develop operational strategies that support expansion and growth.Monitor clinic performance metrics, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Community Engagement:
Build partnerships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to promote preventive health initiatives.Organize and participate in health promotion events and community outreach programs.
Financial Management:
Assist in budget preparation and management, ensuring effective use of resources.Monitor and manage nursing supplies and equipment to maintain operational efficiency
Profile
The ideal candidate for the role:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid DHA license.Bachelor's degree in Nursing; a Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Experience in preventive care or community health settings is highly desirable.Strong clinical skills with a passion for providing hands-on patient care.
