Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Location: Dubai Media City
Responsibilities:
· Manage all government-related transactions efficiently, including visa processing, license renewals, permits, and approvals.
· Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and timely completion of documentation.
· Act as the primary point of contact for all government-related inquiries and correspondence.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and procedures pertaining to immigration and licensing.
· Coordinate and facilitate employee visa applications, cancellations, and renewals.
· Handle all aspects of office facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
· Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure quality services are delivered within budget and timelines.
· Conduct regular inspections of office facilities to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
· Implement cost-effective solutions to improve office infrastructure and enhance employee satisfaction.
· Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and optimize workflow efficiency.
· Provide administrative support as needed, including managing office supplies and equipment.
Skills
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer in the UAE, preferably in Dubai.
· Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government procedures.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with government officials and stakeholders.
· Proven track record of managing office facility operations, including maintenance and repairs.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and government portals for visa and license processing.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
