As a Recruitment Consulting Professional, you will join a discipline with one the biggest opportunities for growth across the business and will gain the opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing growth ambitions through key account management, new client development and internal expansion.


Lead from the front in generating business, as well as winning and leading key accountsPromote a service excellence approach to clients and candidatesManage recruitment processes end to end with full candidates and client responsibilitySupport the team in their development and revenue generationHelp grow the team through identification, acquisition and development of new Consultants


Profile

The successful candidate should have the following:
Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience within the Engineering/Manufacturing IndustryTrack record of high personal billings or consistently achieving targetsTrack record of delivering success through team resultsTrack record of building and managing relevant and successful client/candidate relationshipsProven leadership skillsStrong networking and client development attributesExcellent time management and organisational skillsCollaborative attitude
