Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and creative individual to join our team as an Event Decorator and Business Development Coordinator. This role combines artistic vision with strategic thinking, allowing you to play a crucial part in the planning and execution of events while also driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Decoration:
  • Design and execute innovative decoration concepts for various events, including corporate functions, weddings, and social gatherings.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into visually stunning setups.
  • Source, manage, and oversee decor materials and rentals, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Set up and dismantle event decorations, ensuring all details meet quality standards.
  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and promotional content to showcase our event services.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote our brand and services.
  1. Event Management:
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Work closely with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event planning, decoration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business development and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
