Required Skills:

· PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CONCEPT DESIGNING OF COMMERCIAL WORKSPACE (OFFICES).

· PLEASE ATTACH PORTFOLIO FOCUSING ON COMMERCIAL WORKSPACES/OFFICE-RELATED PROJECTS.

· 8+ years’ experience.

· Degree in Interior Design or related internationally recognised degree

· Strong space planning skills and attention to detail.

· Commercial Workplace experience – offices, restaurants

· Exceptional design thinking skills.

· AutoCAD skills are essential.

· Graphic Software: Sketchup, 3DS Max, Vray,

· Candidates an experience and knowledge of using the appropriate Ai tools will be an advantage.

· Must be well-versed and updated with Artificial Intelligence for Design such as ComfyUI, Magnific, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Dalle, etc…

· Possess excellent communication Skills.
