As a Human Resources Business Partner at ZMI Holdings, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with business leaders to provide HR support, foster employee engagement, and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand business goals and align HR initiatives accordingly.
- Provide HR guidance and support in areas such as talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote a positive work environment and align with company objectives.
- Act as a consultant to managers on HR-related matters, including employee development, career path, and succession planning.
- Support in leading and facilitating HR initiatives, including workforce planning, diversity and inclusion efforts, and employee engagement programs.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to identify talent needs and assist in the recruitment and selection process for key positions.
- Support in analysing HR metrics and data to identify trends and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance to managers on effective leadership and people management practices.
- Support the HR Director in shaping different strategies and practices for the employees’ welfare and overall benefits.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Certified HR Professionals will have an advantage)
- Proven working experience of at least 5 years as an Assistant HR Manager, HR Manager or similar role.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Proven ability to handle employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience in managing employees’ grievances and disciplinary processes.
- In-depth knowledge of Employment Rules and Regulations, HR best practices, and ability to build HR policies from scratch.
- Familiar with local labor laws and regulations across GCC countries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Arabic will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a very professional manner.
