Job Description:
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and policy development
- Develop, review, and update company policies; ensuring policies are communicated effectively and consistently enforced, with regular audits to reflect changes in the business or HR best practices
- Lead recruitment efforts, from job postings to interviews and onboarding new hire and align staffing with company needs
- Supervise payroll and benefits processes, ensuring competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and guide managers in employee development and feedback
Skills
Qualifications:
- 38 years old and below
- Mut have Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on policy management and HR strategy.
- Must have a strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
