Job Responsibilities:

A crucial role for facilitating property transactions between buyers and sellers.

Facilitating Property Transactions: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers Market Analysis and Conduct market research on current and upcoming trends.

Acquiring Listings List properties to help property owners list their real estate for sale or lease. Client Representation by the broker for either the buyer or the seller or both. Legal Compliance understanding and adhering to local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.

Documentation and Paperwork: Prepare contracts, drafting and completing necessary legal documents.

Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and other important documents.

Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills to deal with buyers and seller.

Networking: Build and maintain relationships network of contacts.

Client Educator: provide clients with information about, process market conditions, and other relevant aspects to help them make informed decisions. Problem Solving abilities and out of the box thinker.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate / 2 yrs Diploma

Language known- Hindi, English

Driving License holders will be preferred

Required Work Experience & Knowledge :

1) Minimum 6 months to 1-year (Dubai Real Estate Experience)

2) Knowledge about Off Plan Properties and Secondary Sales.

3) Positive winning mindset
