We are seeking a skilled Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing Supervisors to join our team in Abu Dhabi and contribute to our mission of excellence.

The Supervisors will oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality.

Responsiblities:

Supervise MEP installation and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Coordinate with project Engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to facilitate project progress.

Conduct regular inspections and quality control assessments on MEP systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MEP installations.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports and inspection logs.

Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site and promote a culture of safety.

Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors on best practices.

Skills

Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in MEP supervision within the construction industry.

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
