We are seeking an experienced, proactive, detail-oriented, and empathetic individual to join our team as a Team Leader at our reputed consulting firm in Dubai. In this key role, you will be responsible for handling, supervising and motivating a team of business consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role involves training team members, setting sales goals, supporting in clients’ meetings & following the team businesses.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve their performance and achieve sales targets. Conduct regular team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations. Provide coaching and training to new and existing sales representatives to improve the performance.


Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company sales goals. Collaborate with the manager to set sales targets for the team. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.


Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients and customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle escalated issues and provide effective solutions to resolve complaints.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience required in UAE


Educational Qualification: Degree in business or equivalent professional experience.


Requirement: Only who can join immediately


Salary Range: Between AED 8000 to 10 000.

•Must have experience & knowledge in sales, especially in Business setup - Mainland, Freezone & Offshore, Corporate PRO Services and Business Banking knowledge

•Previous experience in managing a sales team preferably in business consultancy or similar industry.

•Results-driven mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

•Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively engage and support employees from diverse backgrounds.

•Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

•Proven experience in contact audits with coaching and feedback for sales teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

•Proficiency in English (Required)
