A Dubai-based company providing a diverse range of ready-made garments for men, women, and children

Job Description: 

- Oversee showroom operations and implement policies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Develop sales strategies to meet targets and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Recruit, train, and manage staff while conducting performance evaluations.

- Manage inventory control and direct visual merchandising to create an appealing showroom.

- Prepare and manage the budget, optimizing costs and generating performance reports for senior management.

Skills

Qualifications:

- Open to Indian and Arabic nationalities 

- Male, 45 years old and below 

- Must have Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.

- Must have at least 10 years experience in Retail industry and must be in GM position for 3 years. 

- Must be proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
