As a Receptionist at Delicate Software Solutions, your primary goal will be to establish and nurture client relationships, and provide excellent customer service. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent English communication skills, and have a basic understanding of computer technology and prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming visitors and solving their problems
• Providing Excellent customer service
• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
• Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
• Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
• Preparing vouchers, invoice and quotations
• Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing
• Coordinating internal and external events
