Our company is looking for an energetic, experienced candidate for the position of Sales & Application Engineer who has experience in sales management of industrial products for metal cutting industry & machining and has the skills to help us build up our business activities in the UAE and other regions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to customers and sales staff.
• Working closely with other departments, such as product development, to ensure that products meet customer requirements.
• Answering customer questions about product/tools features and capabilities.
• Creating demo programs and presentations to show potential customers how product can be used.
• Provide post-sales support.
• Maintain up to-date knowledge of products and technology.
• Negotiate the terms of the agreement and close the deal.

Objectives

• To increase company sales.
• To provide technical support to the Sales team during customer meetings.
• To develop a strong understanding of our products and competitor offerings in order to identify new selling opportunities.
• Maintains excellent relationship with client. 

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in sales and marketing management with products related to metal cutting industry- like cutting tools, metalworking fluids, work holding products, etc.
• Work experience minimum 6-7 years.
• Multilinguistic speakers will be added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to develop/extend skills with new challenges.
• Good at making presentation and pitches.
