We are urgently hiring a SERVICE MANAGER for the NEWMATIC GROUP in Dubai, Jabel Ali Freezone. 


We, Newmatic Group, a Trading Company established in 1993, deal with the high-level Trading of Commercial Laundry Equipment, and we are one of the Leading world-class Laundry Equipment suppliers & Laundry Solutions providers in the entire Middle East. We are a group of companies with 4 Divisions & Branches in UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.


Job Responsibilities:

1)     Oversee all AMC, Warranty, and Paid service activities to ensure customer satisfaction and meet departmental objectives.

2)     Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance spare parts sales, including client visits and follow-ups.

3)     Introduce new AMC clients to company policies and contract conditions upon signing.

4)     Manage service staff schedules and conduct regular visits to clients under warranty or paid service contracts.

5)     Review and analyze warranty claims, ensuring compliance from vendors, addressing the root causes of repeated claims and coordinating with the project department.

6)     Provide technical assistance and training to service technicians on new equipment and processes.

7)     Develop and monitor KPIs for the department, focusing on customer satisfaction, budget achievement, and optimization of technician productivity.

8)     Conduct quarterly audits, meetings, and updates on service operations and customer interactions.


Work Location: Jabel Ali Freezone, Dubai

Salary Range: AED 15000 (All includes) + Company Car & Fuel

Ready to join within 15-30 days. (Candidate must be available in UAE.)

Skills

Key Skills:

1)     Candidates with experience in service management, technical services, or maintenance operations within a similar industry of Service or Maintenance companies.

2)     Candidates with a technical background and experience in field service operations, which often involve on-site customer interactions and technical assistance

3)     Those who have experience managing operations, particularly in service delivery, logistics, or project management.

4)     Required bachelor’s degree in mechanical /electrical engineering.
