Develop and implement organisational strategy, objectives, policies, and operational plans for a variety of departments.Review entity structures, manage organisational design engagements, and provide support for strategic design changes.Develop and manage the unit's workforce, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Professional certifications in organisational design, change management, or related disciplines.Proven experience in organisational design within a large, complex organisation.Strong expertise in organisational design principles and methodologies.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Proficiency in English and Arabic.
