We are looking for a communicative and responsible HR specialist to work in Dubai to join our team.
- Conduct interviews with English-speaking freelance brokers.
- Organize and control the interview schedule.
- Select the best candidates and coordinate them with Head of department.
- Build and improve the recruiting process.
- Active search for brokers and work with warm leads.
Skills
- Knowledge of English from C1 is required.
- Confidence in communicating with people, the ability to handle objections.
- Preferably experience in HR or active sales.
