Job Description:

• Develop and implement a detailed construction plan for structural works, including timelines, resources, and sequencing for residential high-rise buildings.
• Review and approve structural drawings, specifications, and plans before construction begins.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities related to structural works, including concrete pouring, steel reinforcement, formwork installation, and erection of structural components.
• Ensure that construction activities comply with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the structural integrity of the building and inspect materials, workmanship, and completed work to ensure they meet the project’s specifications and standards.

• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or higher
• At least 15 years’ experience from construction industry with 7 to 8 years of demonstrated ability in managing complex construction projects in Dubai
• Must have in-depth knowledge of the UAE construction market, trends and multi-discipline engineering interface
