Responsibilities:
- Understand the brand and community to shape the future growth of the online audience.
- Develop engaging and compelling social media strategies and content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create visually appealing static posts, motion graphics, videos, and multimedia content for social media.
- Manage and optimize social media & google ads campaigns to drive reach, engagement, traffic & conversions.
- Manage media budgets and track campaign performance to ensure alignment with goals.
- Make data-driven adjustments to bidding strategies, targeting, and creative elements to improve campaign efficiency.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, measure ROI, and inform future strategies.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media content creation and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other Programmatic platforms).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
