5. Tracking & Monitoring Shipments: Track the progress of shipments from origin to destination and provide
regular updates to clients and internal teams on their status.
6. Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, such as delays,
damages, or customs holds.
7. Customs Clearance Coordination: Work closely with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance of goods at
borders, ensuring all required documentation is in place.
8. Cost Control & Invoicing: Assist in managing shipping costs, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure that all
invoices are accurate and sent to clients on time.
9. Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all shipments adhere to international shipping regulations, including
safety standards and import/export laws.
10. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to
coordinate shipment schedules and ensure all customer requirements are met.
11. Inventory Management: Coordinate the movement of goods in and out of warehouses, keeping inventory
records up to date, and ensuring stock levels align with shipment schedules.
12. Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all shipments, tracking details, and costs. Prepare reports
for management on shipping performance, delays, and budget adherence.
13. Client Support & Issue Resolution: Handle client queries regarding shipment delays, missing documents, or
damaged goods, and provide effective solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
