Job Description:
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Manage daily operations for efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Monitor expenses and ensure budget compliance.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic and Asian nationality
- 40 years old below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Experience in Operations Management, or a related field is a must
- Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management
- Familiarity with operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite
