Job Summary

Indus Real Estate LLC, a leading real estate firm in Dubai, is looking for a dynamic and driven Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads for our real estate portfolio, which includes off-plan and secondary properties. You will play a pivotal role in the growth of the company by developing relationships with potential buyers and investors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and investment opportunities in Dubai's real estate sector.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as social media, online platforms, email campaigns, and cold calls.
  • Maintain and expand the lead pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups and ongoing engagement with prospects.
  • Identify key decision-makers and nurture relationships to convert leads into qualified prospects for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Analyze lead generation campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, property developments, and competitive landscape in Dubai’s real estate market.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and report lead generation activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, ideally in real estate or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and knowledge of off-plan and secondary property sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other lead management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
