A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Sales Manager for their team in the UAE.



The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Serve as the day-to-day manager and central point of contact for the team and management.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.



Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years UAE experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management across private, tenders, and government sectors in the UAE
  • Deep understanding of the UAE market, dynamics, and trends.
  • Proven track record of coaching, developing, and managing people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
