A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Sales Manager for their team in the UAE.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Serve as the day-to-day manager and central point of contact for the team and management.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management across private, tenders, and government sectors in the UAE
- Deep understanding of the UAE market, dynamics, and trends.
- Proven track record of coaching, developing, and managing people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
