We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of a major project on behalf of our client. This role will require a strong understanding of project management principles, construction processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments to identify areas for improvement in the construction project.
- Assist clients in developing comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and scope documentation.
- Provide expert guidance on industry best practices related to quality control, safety, and risk management.
- Collaborate with clients to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
- Develop and deliver informative reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action items.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE or GCC region
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and presentable with strong communication skills
