Job Description:
- Will handle the complete process of HR – from recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee benefits, employee relations, conflict management, etc.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
- Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Support managers in setting performance objectives and conducting evaluations.
- Prepare HR metrics and reports for management review and analyze data to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
