As we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale our growth, we currently have an amazing opportunity for a Branch Manager in our automotive retail business EXEED in our soon-to-open showroom and service center in Ras Al Khaimah. We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you’ll do?

• Achieve the maximum profit of the sales and service center, managing all aspects of the profit and loss within the controls of the position
• Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and the lowest rate of customer defection without sacrificing profitability
• Define revenue and profit forecast based on seasonality, including labor sales in service
• Ensure optimum cash operating cycle by controlling creditor and debtor period ratios in collaboration with finance team
• Implement and maintain the operational sales and aftersales standard operating procedures (SOP) and performance manage all departments to achieve and exceed all related targets of revenue, profits

Who you are?

• Degree level educated or higher in business administration or similar; Mechanical engineering is an advantage
• Holding 10 years’ experience with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role in automotive position either sales or service or ideally both departments
• Ability to create and manage a budget including future forecast planning
• Good understanding of automotive sales and aftersales operations process in both retail and fleet areas
• Must be an Arabic speaker
