Job Summary:

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for communicating with leads coming from various channels and providing them with an exceptional first impression of our brand. This role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely and professional communication. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about customer service, skilled in building rapport, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the specialist will maintain updated details of all leads and share this information with the sales managers to support their efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

-Respond to inquiries from leads across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and social media), ensuring timely and professional communication that reflects our brand's values.

-Create a positive first impression of our brand through effective communication and engagement with potential customers.

-Maintain updated records of all leads, including detailed contact information, product requirements, and interactions.

-Share updated lead details with sales managers to facilitate follow-ups and conversions.

-Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical support, logistics) to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

-Follow up with potential leads, address their feedback, and encourage them to purchase our products.

-Assist leads in navigating our website, product portfolio, placing orders, and understanding the features and benefits of our hardware solutions.

-Stay updated on our latest products, services, and company policies to provide customers with accurate information.

-Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.


Requirements:


-Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the IT or hardware industry (2+ years preferred).

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

-Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

-High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

-Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if necessary.
