- Offer tours of the office and available properties, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Engage VIP guests in discussions about potential investment opportunities tailored to their interests.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry related to property listings and client records.
- Maintain and update appointment calendars for agents, coordinating showings and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, brochures, and promotional materials.
