ob Description:

  • Greet guests and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and always ensuring to maintain a high standard welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist guests and visitors in finding their way around the building and inform the concerned team member when the guests arrive.
  • Help and maintain the workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting necessary visitor logs.
  • Assist and maintain variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning and uploading of clients’ documents in shared folder.
  • Manage the booking of the meeting rooms, pod rooms, and board room

 

Qualifications:

  • Female, 35 years old and below
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, business management, hospitality or a related field
  • At least 3 years' proven experience in a receptionist, front desk or administration role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Arabic speaker is a plus
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
