1.Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the assigned region based on the company's annual growth objectives.
2.Manage automotive trade business in the Middle East or Africa, including new cars, used cars, and special offer vehicles. This includes channel development, overseas business negotiations, and order acquisition and follow-up.
3.Lead the development and negotiations with local agents for Chinese gasoline or new energy vehicle brands in the Middle East or Africa.
4.Develop and negotiate deals related to special-purpose vehicles in the respective regions.
5.Organize and manage brand promotion activities, dealership setup, supervision, and training support for partner dealers.
6.Oversee international settlements and other administrative tasks related to the region's business operations.
Skills
Language: Proficiency in English is required.
Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
Experience: Prior experience and resources in automotive sales in the Middle East or Africa is preferred.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Salary and Benefits:
Base Salary: 15,000-25,000 AED/month + Performance Bonuses (including commissions and stock options)
