We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll handle HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration. You’ll also ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices while maintaining accurate employee records and fostering a positive workplace culture.

- * Prepare required JDs to support candidate identification and on boarding of required FTEs Support the Development of Project Org. Chart:
- * Support in the development and validation of the organization chart for the ecosystem including the definition of required units, unit accountabilities and sizing and the evolution of the organization in line with project growth and rollout goals Support the Definition and Implementation of Employee Titles and Salary Scales:
- * Support in the development and validation of the titles and salary scales for Hub Ecosystem employees
- Manage Day-to-Day HR Activities:
- * Oversee the timely execution of HR requests (e.g.: leave requests, document requests)
- * Oversee and ensure confidentiality of staff records, including e-documents and compliance with relevant laws and regulation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- * A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in a senior role within an entity in the UAE, demonstrating a strong understanding of local regulations and practices Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- * Local cultural knowledge (preferred)
- * Certification in HR management (e.g., PHR, SPHR, HRMS)
