Roles or Duties:-

Project Execution:-

• As a Senior Technician, He must have hands on experience in Chilled water system, VRF system, DX system, Split system. He must have well aware of electrical connections and control system of machines.
• He must have hands on experience in Ducting which includes GI, PI and MS duct, insulation, Installation, fabrication and leak test.
• He must have hands on experience in pipe installation works which includes both copper pipes and MS chilled water pipe works.
• He must be well aware of Machine installation and commissioning works.
• He must provide a quality work with no compromise in target.

System Maintenance:-

• Maintenance of complete HVAC System which includes Ventilation system, Chilled water system, VRF system, DX system, Split system.
• On call and annual maintenance of Air-cooled chiller, chiller pumps, FAHU, AHU, FCU, DX System and split system.
• Complete system knowledge of HVAC electrical machines communication and power system.

Skills

• Proven ability to interpret and follow technical manuals and blueprints to install, troubleshoot, and calibrate intricate cooling and air conditioning equipment with precision and accuracy.
• Expert at meticulously inspecting and resolving technical issues such as faulty wiring, malfunctioning compressors, and refrigerant leaks, ensuring top-notch system performance and energy efficiency.
• Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and safety standards, with a proven dedication to adhering to environmental protocols and ensuring compliance with all pertinent codes and guidelines during installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Experienced in comprehending and applying technical manuals and blueprints to install, troubleshoot, and fine-tune intricate cooling and air conditioning equipment with precision and accuracy.
• Capable of understanding and executing technical manuals and blueprints to set up, troubleshoot, and fine-tune complex cooling and air conditioning equipment with precision and accuracy.
• Competent in meticulously inspecting and resolving technical glitches, such as faulty wiring, malfunctioning compressors, and refrigerant leaks, to ensure the highest level of system performance and energy efficiency.
